About Tarveo

Built by someone who spent 12 years helping vendors win.

Most companies pay more for technology than they should. Not because they're careless, because the vendors they're buying from are very good at what they do. Tarveo exists to level that playing field.

The Background

The vendor side of the table.

Marcel Meinersen is German, based in Warsaw with his family, and spent 12 years on the vendor side at IGEL Technology, Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Datadog, working with companies across both Poland and the DACH region. Not in a support role, in sales. Building and running the strategies that enterprise sales teams use to close deals, grow accounts, and lock in renewals.

That background includes direct experience working with German mid-market, enterprise, and global companies headquartered in the DACH region. At Cisco, managing ELA renewal strategy across DACH. At Palo Alto Networks, building competitive displacement and renewal lock-in playbooks. At Dell, managing large account renewal cycles for mid-market clients across Central Europe.

That kind of knowledge doesn’t come from a procurement textbook. It comes from being on the other side of those conversations for over a decade. in both Polish and German-speaking markets.

Why Independent Matters

No vendor relationships. No referral fees. No conflicts.

01

Vendor-neutral by design

Tarveo has no commercial relationships with any technology vendor. We don't receive referral fees, reseller margins, or any form of vendor incentive. Our only commercial interest is your outcome.

02

Built for the mid-market. Poland and DACH.

Large companies have dedicated procurement teams, legal departments, and the buying power to push vendors around. Companies between 10 and 500 people in Poland and the DACH region usually don't — but they face exactly the same vendor sales machine. That's the gap Tarveo was built to fill.

03

Warsaw-based. Poland and DACH.

Tarveo is based in Warsaw and works with companies across Poland and the DACH region. We understand the commercial environment in both markets, the vendors active here, and the specific pricing dynamics that give buyers room to push back.

04

German-speaking markets by background.

Marcel is German, and spent over a decade working with vendors and buyers in the DACH region. That's not a market we've entered recently — it's where much of the vendor-side experience was built.

How We Operate

Three principles we don't compromise on.

Independent

Every recommendation is made in your interest. We tell you when a vendor deal is fair, when it isn't, and when walking away is the right move — even if that means a shorter engagement for us.

Transparent

You'll always know what we're doing and why. Pricing is fixed before we start. Everything we produce — frameworks, findings, negotiation documents — is yours to keep. We don't create situations where you need us to keep operating.

Outcome-focused

We measure success by what you save and what you gain. Every engagement ends with a documented result — not a presentation of activity, but a clear record of what changed and what it was worth.

Direct

We tell you what we think, not what you want to hear. If a vendor's offer is fair, we'll say so. If your current setup has no quick wins, we'll tell you that in the first call — not after weeks of engagement.
