THE FOUNDER
I spent twelve years helping vendors win. Now I help buyers stop losing.
Marcel Meinersen is the founder of Tarveo. He is German, based in Warsaw with his family, and brings direct experience from vendor-side sales roles at IGEL Technology, Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and Datadog across Poland and the DACH region.
THE RECORD
What twelve years on the vendor side actually means.
At Dell, I managed large account renewal cycles for mid-market clients across Central Europe — learning how vendors build pricing models that reward urgency and penalise preparation.
At Cisco, I ran ELA negotiation strategy for the DACH region. At Palo Alto Networks, I built the competitive displacement and renewal lock-in playbook. At Datadog, I led usage-based expansion conversations — the ones where a client’s bill doubles without them fully understanding why.
That experience is now on your side of the table. I know what a vendor’s internal approval process looks like. I know where they have real room to move and where they don’t. I know what a buyer needs to say and do to change the outcome of a conversation with a vendor rep.

WHY TARVEO
Why I started it.
Every mid-market CFO I met on the vendor side was smart, commercially sharp, and outmatched. Not because they weren’t capable, but because their vendor was doing this every day, and they weren’t. Tarveo exists to close that gap permanently.
The same thing is now happening with AI, faster. Every vendor has an AI story and a benefit slide; almost none of them will ever be measured. That is the harder half of the same problem, and it is why Tarveo leads with value rather than adoption.
